This video is the 1st in a series about making templates. To show you how to make a template I’ll go through a tutorial exercise. You can find exercises in the web app under Admin Help => Templates => Tutorials. Each exercise has a Microsoft Word file you can download and detailed instructions When making a template for a form, start with a Word document. You can upload Word documents directly into form templates. The benefit of that is that when a user has filled-out a form, and views its PDF, the PDF is generated directly from your Word document so you can easily control the appearance of forms’ output PDFs so they look exactly like your existing paperwork, with the same layout, company logo, headers, and so on, by simply using Microsoft Word. If your forms are in Excel files like this one then you can copy-and-paste them into Word documents. In Word, set a suitable page orientation, size and margins then paste and adjust if necessary.
For administrators. This video shows how to get started making a template, using the simple example exercise.
